I've joined Flickr but I'm having problems linking my account to my Blog. I've tried to use the gadget but no success yet. I'll keep working it!

Podcasting Complete

I like the concept and it would be great to create podcasts of/for/in place of/in conjunction with our book discussion groups. I've never felt that we've been able to capialize on our cable channel, but this technology offers lots of creative ways to reach out to our patrons. Onto photos!!

Busy Week

Well, when isn't it a busy week? I'm dipping my toe into podcasting shortly. See how it goes.

Vet Beards

I don't dwell on them, but when they're pushed in your face, well what can one do? Monday is off to a gang buster start. I'm reading a Michael Stackpole Fantasy novel. Pretty enjoyable so far.

Trip to the VA

I went to the VA yesterday. It's a very nice facility and the people I worked with were great. However, it was really strange, because it looked like everybody was wearing a piece of a uniform, a hat, a pair of pants, Shirt, boots, but just a piece and from about half a dozen eras. And just my opinion, too many crazy beards. Veterans don't need crazy beards!! Any way I have to go back later this month.
I'm enjoying my blog, primarily as an electronic reading log. I like all the creativity I see coming from the staff.
